Just wanted to tell everyone who finds themselves here that Martin was able to sort out my problem, it took a while as Samsung needed to be contacted but @Martin-O2 was able to help me where other O2 support options/people were not, he's an absolute star and by reading other posts on here, seems to be almost single-handedly keeping the plates spinning, ship afloat etc.
Well chuffed with my solution!

@Cleoriff, @jonsie, @MI5 anyone on the community team can handle the MCK code escalations. I think that because I did some of the early ones Google tends to bring people to threads where I have helped out. Feel free to tag the whole team for these and one of us will pick it up.
