I have been on the phone for 70 minutes now and have been cut off FIVE times ! Have answered security 4 times and still I’ve not managed to get my issue resolved ! I am absolutely beside myself now … 😞
I moved from o2 personal to business a few weeks ago (which I had major issues with as well ! ) since I moved over I can not set a custom voicemail on my phone. I get an error 1035 message. Apple have told me it’s a carrier issue. I just want it sorting please

What number have you been calling as for business customers its 8002
Have you followed these instructions at all, as Apple are talking ****....
Turn off your wifi. Goto Phone > keypad.
Press and hold 1. This will access your voicemail through your carrier.
Setup your voicemail. Hangup.
Shut down your phone. Turn it back on.
Goto Phone > Voicemail.
You should be good to go.

@JodiHuxley O2 Business is 8002 from your mobile or 0800 977 7337. Are those the numbers you're trying?
