MY phone died. Switched it back on to realise it needed charged. Plugged in charger and after a while restarted phone. Had a message telling me the device is locked and to return to owner or to put in the pin. I cannot remember setting this, however, I have tried all of my usual pins but nothing. Incorrect pin message and time out.
Tried online webchat to be advised to login in to MyO2 app. Kind of impossible as I cannot get into my phone. Can someone please help
