Hello,

 

I have just received the following message from O2 (mycare@o2mail.co.uk). It says to use live chat but the link does not work ("Server not found"). Is the live chat working?

Chat will usually pop up if you go to the shop pages https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Thanks. I refreshed the page several times and the pop-up eventually appeared.

 

Geez, this whole website experience is like straight from the 90's... 🙄
