Hi.

I've recently upgraded my virgin media which includes a sim only deal which has now been transferred to o2. I've recently received my o2 SIM and tried to transfer my old virgin number to o2 with the PAC code provided. After being on the phone with o2 for sometime they couldn't get this over the line and stated the request kept being rejected. Not sure what I can do? I use my old number for business purposes.

I'd start by checking your PAC is correct.

Speak to Virgin Mobile, as sometimes they won't release the number until the old package has been completely switched.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
