I’ve upgraded my phone through affordable mobiles and asked them to port my number over to my new sim.
this doesn’t appear to have happened and when I completed a form on o2 I got an email
stating my details didn’t match up
can’t get through to o2 on the phone and desperately need my old
number back
please help
