Hi - I submitted the form to keep my number now that I have changed from the 3 network to an O2 pay monthly contract. I submitted it on Sunday, but realised I hadn't included the three letters from the PAC code, just the numbers. I have tried to fill the form out again a couple of times, but when I submit it it errors saying there's a problem and to come back later. It's beeen doing that over the last four days. Can you advise please? Thanks
