Hi I’m not sure how this works but I did a sim swap yesterday to keep my existing number with EE pay as you go to change it to my new pay monthly o2 sim. This is the second time I’ve tried it and I’ve not had any luck. Please help.

You don't do a sim swap as such
You should receive a text as to the date of changeover
It won't happen until Tuesday now
If you haven't received a text I recommend you call customer service or fill in the form again here

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

Have you rebooted your phone @Becky291 (turn it off and back on)
Porting doesn't happen at the weekend unfortunately.
If it's still not working, then as we're just customers like you, you'll need to contact O2. It needs someone to access your account which can't be done on the forum.
If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Yes tried all that. I have been trying since Thursday lol. I try to ring and only gives me the option for reporting as stolen or lost phone 😞
