Hello, I want to keep my number from Vodafone to o2 and have done the pac code and received a text to say the switch will be completed by 6pm yesterday and I still have no network or data on anything. I called up and spoke to a lady who said it should be working by today but i still have no network? I have reset my network settings and everything 😞

They seem to be taking a bit longer than normal to complete at the moment.

Keep rebooting your phone, but if nothing happens you'll need to call again.

Keep rebooting your phone (turn it off and back on again). It should happen today.

Any problems,you need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Hi all! Thank you so much! I did turn the phone off and on quite a few times but I had nothing so managed to get a hold of someone in customer service who pushed it through manually for me and now everything is working perfectly
