Keep existing android number to new iPhone.. how long will it take the original number to transferred over.. to the new phone please??? He’s got an old phone sim in his new phone at the moment and this morning the iPhone has gone live but not with the number he wants to keep as in his original one..

You need to get in contact with customer services as it sounds like you took a new deal instead of an upgrade.
