Dear O2 Gurus,

I recently joined O2 and during sign-up I gave my PAC to keep my old number.

It's been a full week and I've not heard anything about the number transfer and my old EE sim is still active on my old number.

I have tried to use the on-line form to keep my number but no matter what I enter I cannot get the form to successfully submit, something always goes wrong.

How can I get my number transfered, I'm paying for a tarriff that I cannot use.

Thanks.

PAC's and POrting are running extremely slowly during this crisis.

Call O2 on any or all of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Thanks @Cleoriff,
I've not even had any text messages to confirm that this port will happen, if O2 are unable to provide the service they really shouldn't be taking on new subscribers.

@TonyKL

To be honest, I'm not sure it's totally O2's fault. We have had numerous problems with people porting from EE. All other networks seem to port properly with no issues. One member went back to EE and they hadn't sent the porting files through.

My advice is the same though, contact O2 on any of the numbers in the above guide.

Also keep rebooting your phone.

Best advice I can offer. Sorry about that.
