Joined O2 on sept 14th.. have never been able to make/recieve a call.. "Number Invalid"

Hi all,

i am not having a good time so far, i joined O2 in september, i moved over from 3 and took my old number
but it will not dial out/and cannot recieve a call

It says "Number invalid"

I have spent ages this morning on live chat, going through all the options, such as trying a it in another handset. resetting things on the phone, and still nothing

what is causing this?

You need to contact O2.

Use Skype if no other phone available to you.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I ended up on the live chat yesterday, and now i have to wait up to 5 days just for an update as to what is happening.. still cannot make/recieve calls. absolute joke.. it will have been a month by then.
