Issue with order

I order new phone last week, it states it’s been dispatched via DPD today, I put the tracking number into DPD website and it comes up with it being delivered back in January this year to a neighbour at number 2??!!? Can’t seem to get hold of anyone at DPD or on here to help me!

Sounds like DPD reusing tracking numbers, and will show correctly when it hits the first DPD depot.. 

You can always try customer services on 0344 809 0202 and see if they have a different tracking number, which is doubtful
