Hi. We recently emigrated to USA. I received my final bill via email which apparently was zero. I have now had another (unofficial looking) email from o2 saying I owe money. I need help please.

Thanks for your help. I ended up forwarded the email to O2 fraud department who have confirmed my account is clear and the email should be ignored and deleted.
