I have a problem that I need to send some text messages I received from BT to the Communications Ombudsman, as evidence. As mine is an older phone I cannot copy and paste it onto an email, as my phone is no longer compatible with my email accounts.

So is there any way o2 can either give me access to these messages via my laptop, or send them to my email account, so I'm able to forward them to the ombudsman.

Thanks

John Pritchard

Unfortunately that’s not possible @pritchard_john

All I can think of is that you take photos of them to attach to an email.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
