Hi,
on 11 nov i got a call from agent and signed contract for iphone and increase the monthly payment, i have cancelled the deal due to circumstances so i have never received the iphone but i have just opened the the app and it says that i need to pay the agreed price….

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
