Good Afternoon,

My neighbours (on EE Network), and my wife and myself  on O2, are experiencing interference when on calls from another neighbour who is an Amateur Radio Operator. He has an aerial approximately 15 m high that is only about 10m from our properties. Sometimes our calls drop out and at other times we get noise as he is transmitting. We know when he is transmitting because we have touch control lights and radio and they operate by themselves!! His transmissions also cause LED light bulbs to flicker and Internet to freeze. Please advise how this problem can be resolved. Thank you.  Ian R

Report him to OFCOM.

I suspect he is running illegal power levels.

I am a licensed ham radio operator and do not interfere with anything around me when operating within the terms of my license.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It was that sketch which started it all for me many, many years ago.
