Hi recently purchased iPhone 13, for some reason I am unable to access the internet out with WIFI, no 4G/5G,50gb of data left, mobile data is switched on

Check the apn is set to mobile.o2.co.uk in the Mobile Data Settings
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Your data apn should be "idata.o2.co.uk"
If you just select to reset network settings it will add the correct apn details.
Also go to Settings >Mobile data and scroll down to ensure data connections are turned on for your apps.
