Internet no loading with 4g.

Basically, since upgrading to additional data (30gb to 250gb), I've been unable to connect to online services properly. Social media doesn't load, neither does YouTube etc.....

Not sure if it's a coincidence of upgrading but it's been going on for around 4 months, around the time I massively increased my data allowance.

I'm averaging 70gb per month and this month Ive barely used 15gb because of the slow to non loading. I'm not prepared to pay for a service that I'm not receiving.

I wish to look to cancel my plan payments , but still pay my handset payments.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
