I have been with o2 for one month now and I have had nothing but problems with my internet and making and receiving phone calls. No matter where I am my internet is always taking anything up to ten minutes to load and everywhere I am my phone cuts out for around 10 seconds every minute of a conversation I have.

Sounds like a general connectivity issue so maybe a sim or phone fault?
