Trying to contact the claims department because my screen is smashed, I’ve rang the number 6 times, I get to being put on hold and then it cuts off, shocking customer service if you ask me. I pay insurance every month and when it comes to me needing to use it, you can’t even speak to a human being.

Try early morning around 8.00am when it's less busy.
