Why do you O2 , want to increase my payment? I'm in Spain as you know, however, O2 is owned by Spanish company Telefónica !!!!

@DaveN Your contract is with O2 UK. It doesn't matter that the company is owned elsewhere. If you've been in Spain for any length of time, you may have gone over the number of days roaming that you're allowed. Roaming is only free for up to 63 days in any 4 month period.
