I got a new Samsung S20 FE 5G yesterday and set up yesterday evening.  Then it stated 17 out of 18 apps installed.  This morning I updated the software to Android 11 and then had 0 out of 2 applications completing.  When I looked further this was Samsung Voice Recorder and Google Drive, both of which were pending all day.  They just don't seem to want to install.  Any ideas?

Have you rebooted and tried again?
