I am trying to speak to a person instead of trying to chat and it coming up help pages and not allowing me write my questions and issues. I have tried to call to speak with someone and have just been charged £4+ for the call ringing then me hanging up. Absolutely shocking.
My less than a month old Apple Watch is losing battery a lot quicker than usual. I am trying to find out how to receive a replacement as it is faulty.
I will be visiting a store tomorrow if I cannot receive any help or support with these issues.
Customer Services are now closed so you will have to call in the morning when they open at 8am..
A shop wont be able to help with any customer service issues.
If you call o2 from an o2 phone it should be free.
You can call 202 from your o2 phone
I did call from an o2 phone and it was not free. I have been charged £4+.
I did call before 7pm and no help just automated service then said bye and hung up on me.

What number did you call?? As both the 0344 and 202 are free from an o2 phone
If they automated system hung up then that means there are more calls than they can handle before the lines close...
