I want to leave o2 and I'm not paying anything as I'm paying for texts, calls and data which I can't use because the signal I get is awful.
I have discussed this on multiple occasions with o2 staff they keep saying they will fix the issue however its still not fixed and I need these services for work therefore you are making me lose money.

I have been having the exact same issues with my phone! I call at least once a month (usually from a different device as I don't always have signal) since the start of this year to no avail. I am fed up of paying monthly for a phone I can only use on my WiFi! Customer service has been less than desirable during the whole situation too.
Have you managed to leave/get help?
