Solved: I’ve recent been registered blind

Hello,

As you can see by the subject heading, I've recently been registered as legally blind, as a result, I'm having trouble with my phone, as it has become too small for me to properly read off. I was just wondering if there was any way I can cancel my contract on medical grounds to find a more suitable phone, if this is an option?
