Hello ! I’ve had over £80 of extra charges put on my bill ! I had a text thru on my phone the other day and I think it was fraud but I was stupid and sent a letter “ Y “ back on the text like it asked me to and then had aload of message thru saying payments have been added to my bill , please can you help ???
