Hi I recently upgraded to I phone 11 have not been very happy with it as when I am on any kind of call be it voice of messenger or FaceTime the sound keeps cutting out and sounds awful and also lots of my voice feedback

Thank you I have taken the case off and still same issue 

so frustrated as can't actually speak with o2 

my daughter got same model phone at same time hers work fine
