I need to cchange my address and have tried on the relevant screen but it is not accepting it.

My current address is my business address and I cannot access that due to lockdown.

My phone is broken and I need to get it collected and replaced using my insurance.

I have tried to call 202 but it has not helped and keeps saying goodbye.

Please either get a real person to call me or make it possible to change my address.

Thanks.

I have called regarding the insurance and answered the security questions andthe automated voice then just said 'bye'. It is infuriating and I need a phone replaced tomorrow as stipulated in my insurance policy.

Please can you get somebody to call me to get this registered as it is urgent.

I will be cancelling the contract if it is not fixed.

Again thank you for your time but the customer service automated system is not useful at all.

@ShaggyERMD

You'll need to call from 8.00am in the morning.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As this is a community forum and not O2, no-one will call you.

They open at 8am tomorrow.

0800 587 4005 is the best number to call.
