I’m currently in Spain just re newed my contract to unlimited all and few days later my data stopped working when I’m outside the WiFi area .. what’s wrong now ..

I cannot speak to guru I cannot chat online I called 202 stupid automation system drives you on circle I mean what’s goinf on O2 you can do better then this … ?????!!! Talking to automatic system it’s waist of time ..stop using this systems it’s not working for customers !!!!

If you have an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If not, your upgrade may have an international bar on it, for which you'll need to contact O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
