I have moved to o2 with and submitted my PAC - how long before my old number is transferred?

I activated my new sim 72hrs ago and the number has still not transferred. How long will this take please?

Ports don't happen over the weekend.

In normal circumstances it takes 24-48hrs for the port to be completed.

You can call o2 on 202 from your o2 handset,

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Unless you have received a text telling you when your number will port, it isn't happening.

Submit the form again from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number and when actioned by O2, you'll receive a text to the number you are keeping giving you a port in date.
