Unless you have received a text telling you when your number will port, it isn't happening.
Submit the form again from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number and when actioned by O2, you'll receive a text to the number you are keeping giving you a port in date.
