Hi all, 

I am in Spain since 2nd May 2021 and there is no O2 network available. 

An O2 agent told me last 30th April that I should have this available as this is EuropeZone. 

Any way to chat to a human in this company? Aura is not helpful at all and any of your links are helpful either. I NEED TO DO VERY IMPORTANT CALLS.

If you are in Spain, the network to use is MOVISTAR.

Go into network settings and search for that one. You will NOT see O2 whilst abroad.

I don´t have signal for phone calls either any data. I´ve chosen Movistar, still don´t work- It´s all blank.

You may have a roaming bar on your account. I'll ask one of our account advisors @O2Lisa to check and get it removed if this is the case.

Yes please, it´s impossible for me to contact any O2 agent at the moment.
