Thanks Bambino, my issue started when I decided to pay my device plan in full before the end of the contract and kept the airtime plan. The telephone had then a network barring put on by o2. The o2 denies and says nothing wrong on their side. Apple cannot fix it. The shared database shows the device received the barring from o2. All complaints put to o2 have been ignored, and nobody can do anything. Any idea how I can get it through? Thanks a lot
