How do I switch from o2 pay monthly to o2 sim

Hi, my 24 month o2 Pay monthly is expiring within the next 30 days. I want to switch to an o2 sim. How do i do this please? Thank you

Do you mean you wish to upgrade for a better deal or you want to change to pay as you go?

If it is pay as you go you need to contact customer service

But if you're upgrading then you can do so on your myO2 account.
