Hi can I have an upgrade to any phone as I’m in pay as you go

Upgrade to include a new phone means going to a Contract phone and tariff - credit checks and direct debits etc.

If you wish to remain PAYG, you'll need to get a sim-free phone or refurb/second-user phone, most phones these days will work with any network's SIM.
