Hi there

I had a Huawei phone off you guys on my last upgrade. Unfortunately it has an issue and I need the imei number for it to claim on my insurance. I cannot locate it and the screen has smashed. Please can you let me know what it is if possible? Thanks

You can check in your MyO2 under device details https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

If you still have the box, it will be on the label.

It should also be stamped into the sim tray or on a tag inside the sim slot.
