@Chloemac If you never paid off your old contract there's most likely a marker on your credit file. It's highly unlikely that you would pass a credit check if you tried to take out a new contract. Probably the best thing to do is to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
