My phone shows 32 GB but I am paying 50GB - How can I get this rectified and arguably if my thinking is correct a refund or reduction in price?

Memory and data allowance are two completely different things.

You have 50gb of data to download and upload stuff on the internet.

Your phone has a 32gb capacity which means that is the storage space you have to save pictures, videos and apps etc.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you. So if I am struggling with 'space' - cannot download apps etc - I need a 'bogger' phone in terms og GB?

Yes that is correct.

64gb is considered a minimum requirement these days.
