I have been charged £569.64 in additional charged to my account for my next bill for a ridiculous amount of picture images that I DID NOT SEND a 4 in the morning! I'm outraged and seriously confused! What is going on???

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to, to get put through to someone.

 

Or possibly one of our account advisors can help tomorrow at 8am.  @O2Lisa  could you look into this please?

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00
