Fingerprint scanner doesn't work since update to android 11 and no option in setting anymore for fingerprint set up

Try rebooting the phone, if that doesn't work, you may have to factory reset.

Factory reset done and finger print scanner on for 5 minutes then went again from all options.. am awaiting reply from Sony
