Hi, I dont understand why I keep getting extra charges added onto my monthly bill and it's happening every month and going up every month! Extra charges :£9 , premium and information services: £28.75. I've been with 02 so over 10 year and will be leaving as soon as I can. Crazy how it's gone for £40 ish a month coming out my bank to over £100 for a contract over hand nearly 3 years.
