Contact us ending but o2 will continue to take payment. How can I stop this after contract has ended? Looking to move to sim only as half price of my current contract

You can upgrade to a sim only in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you cancel, you will lose your number and the ability to upgrade.
