Solved: Echo for incoming call

Hi, everytime I get an incoming call the caller is complaining of hearing themselves back but when I put them on loud speaker it stops. Please advise how to stop this.

If phone is in a case it could be covering the noise cancelling mic.

Try without a case on it.

If no case, the noise cancelling mic may be faulty.
