We bought a new phones a few weeks ago. Had to wait 2 weeks. Looking at the info we were given says to go to Samsung Members app. This is as much use as a chocolate fireguard as nowhere on there does it even mention free Galaxy Buds. Can anyone assist?

We got new phones about a month ago. The only reason we went for that phone was because we got free headphones with it. Was given a flyer with how to get them after 2 weeks. Went to do it last night. Says to go on Samsung Members which we did but then it is VERY unclear how to claim your free headphones Any help would be gratefully received

Customers must complete the online claim form in the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app pre-installed, upload proof of purchase and provide all other required information before 8 April. Maximum 1 claim per Promotion Product purchased and maximum of 250 claims per Participant. See at www.samsung.com/uk/offer/galaxys10-preorder for full Promotion terms.
