I have just received my new Z3 flip but it only has 1 sim card slot as the dual sim is based on an e sim. How do I get an e sim for my phone

You need to speak to Customer Services or pop into a Store to move your current number to an esim.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
