Hi, I recieved an offer for three months free Disney plus with a link whcih I successfully accessed and registered with Disney plus.  However, I find I can not access this it is not in my O2 and when I have tried to log on to Disney Plus it says I do not have an account.  Please can you advise

Hi I am being charged for iTunes and I don’t understand why, because I don’t use it. If someone can help me please to stop the charges I would be grateful

iTunes is nothing to do with Disney.

You need to ask Apple what they are billing you for.
