Hi,
I was given 6 months free Disney+ and told that if I continue I'll get 2 quid off my bill.
Now the current bill has charged me for the Disney+ at the full price for 2 months (12 quid) - and no discount at all.
I cannot seem to get in touch with O2 either on the phone or resolve this using the bot. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

thanks - I've finally got through customer care on the phone - they have cancelled the extra and given me the credit of £10 for the over charge.
