Hi my internet is not working at all I have no 3G 4G or 5G showing at the top of the screen and am unable to connect to the internet unless on WiFi but my payment went out this morning?

Hi @Luke4834 - your payment, if on monthly contract, will go out on the same date each month regardless of whether or not you have a signal where you reside currently, @Luke4834. This Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? has a lot of tips to help you understand why, and what to do if, your O2 signal is poor or non-existent - many of them can be used while on WiFi. Take a look, come back here with more info on your phone type and if it is a new issue with a new phone. Good luck!
