Hi . I have a problem with my data, I have two contracts with O2 and on both I have the same problem. One application ( tides of war ) is not working on data. I tried swap SIM , reset network settings , put my sim in another phone , everything the customer service asked. But is not been solved. The app works perfectly on WiFi , Vodafone data , three data , or another network. I been on one O2 shop. And the guy from shop downloaded the app on his phone and exactly the same problem. Is loading just 49% on O2 data. I don't know what to do anymore ( I'm using iPhone ) they set my data for iPhone and everything

Sounds like port blocking/

You'll need to ask O2 to escalate it to network support.

I do that last week. They said will need 5 days to fix it. It's past 9 days and nobody call me to tell me something. I called today to customer service and without to offend somebody. That girl from there are very annoying and "stupid "
